Last month, machine parts belonging to a German customer went into free circulation from Mersin Port. All documents were prepared digitally, the inspection appointment was received in advance, the customs declaration was given at 9 a.m. The cargo was taken from the warehouse at 14.00 on that day. Total waiting time: It's five hours.

Digitalization and the Future:
Paper is no longer required

Thanks to the e-Customs system of the General Directorate of Customs of Turkey, most transactions can now be completed digitally. But beware! Even though the system has facilitated it, incorrect input = automatic rejection.

We check all declarations in advance, match GTIP codes with up-to-date databases, and pre-complete missing documents. Thus, you do not waste time with the excuse that the system did not accept.
